Caroline Anukem is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of diverse experience across the education, legal, civil service, and charity sectors. With a rich background spanning multiple industries, Caroline has held various leadership positions, including roles in equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) at the Home Office and several educational institutions.
Driven by a passion for equity and justice in all aspects of society, Caroline’s lived experiences have shaped her advocacy towards gender and racial equality. Her commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion led her to her current role as the EDI lead at BHS, where she spearheads initiatives to create more inclusive and equitable environments.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Caroline is a co-founder of ASIM, a platform dedicated to empowering women to effect positive change. As a seasoned activist, she is dedicated to driving real change and challenging systemic barriers to equality.
