You will discover what unconscious bias is (and is not) and learn how it can undermine organisational goals and strategies. The course provides an opportunity to increase self-awareness, acquire new information, and stay updated with the latest research.
We will delve into the Implicit Association Test and identify actions to promote equality, address all forms of discrimination, and cultivate positive relationships among diverse groups of people. You will develop the skills to confidently address individual and organisational biases.
